                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Junior Associate Attorney Cape Town  </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney with at least 2 years’ post‑admission experience and practical exposure to deceased estate administration, labour law, family law and property matters (evictions, rental collections). Must have a valid driver’s licence and own transport.</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> Market related</p>
<p><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>LLB (or equivalent) and admitted attorney in South Africa.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years post‑admission experience with proven hands‑on work in the four listed practice areas.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.</li>
<li>Litigation and motion court experience.</li>
<li>Experience and practical exposure to:
<ul>
<li>deceased estate administration,</li>
<li>labour law,</li>
<li>family law</li>
<li>property matters (evictions, rental collections)</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage matters in deceased estates, labour (CCMA/hearings), family law and property (evictions, rental collections).</li>
<li>Draft court papers, affidavits, wills, L&amp;D accounts, correspondence and settlement agreements.</li>
<li>Attend client consultations, court/tribunal appearances and liaise with counsel/third parties.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate files, deadlines and matter records.</li>
</ul>
