Job Description

Conveyancer Sandton 

 

Out legal firm client seeks the expertise of a Conveyancer with 5+ years experience.

 

Salary: Market related

Position type: Permanent

 

Minimum requirements:

LLB degree and conveyancing qualification.

5+ years experience as Conveyancer

Experience in property law and conveyancing processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the transfer of property ownership and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.

Conduct property searches and due diligence.

Provide legal advice on property-related matters.
