Job Description

HR Generalist Stellenbosch

Our Client in Technology is looking for a HR Generalist with 4 Years experience. You will be responsible for the human resources department by handling a wide range of HR tasks. The specific job specifications for an HR Generalist can vary depending on the organization. The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions.

Salary R 40 000 – R 45000 pm

Min Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation.
  • Assist managers with performance improvement plans
  • Benefits Administration
  • Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance and wellness benefits.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and other benefits training.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
