Our Private Equity client in Sandton Johannesburg is looking for a Financial Analyst CA(SA) with 3-5 years’ experience from a similar back round, private equity, investment, venture capital, treasury and risk. Registered CA(SA) essential

Min Requirements

Qualified CA(SA) – Chartered Accountant 

3-5 years experience as a CA(SA) from a similar industry.

Financial Risk Management experience

Private Equite / Capital Venture / Investment Analyzing experience 

Writing and communications skills

Min Responsibilities

Oversee Financial Modelling and reviews of cost centre and fianncial data – 

Excessive Financial Reporting and Date reviews 

Financial Risk Management duties

Assist with revenue forecasting (specifically non-transaction and Institutional revenue)

Identifying risks and opportunities related to revenue

Market analysis

Cash & working capital forecasting

Analyse current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement

Consistently analyse financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports

Writing of reports: Prepare detailed financial reports, investment memorandum, and market research presentations to support deal evaluation and investment decisions.

Internal analytics and comparative analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis and comparative benchmarking of potential investments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies.

Capital raising: Assist in the preparation of investor materials, financial presentations, and due diligence packages for capital raising efforts, supporting senior team members in managing investor relationships.
