Job Description
Sales Administrator Westlake Cape Town (URGENT POSITION)
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Sales Administrator with at least 3 years of experience in a business-to-business technical sales environment.
Salary: Up to R17 500 CTC (Depends on experience and qualification)
Position type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 supported by a sales support or administrative qualification/certification.
At least 3 years in a similar role ideally in a business-to-business technical sales environment.
Good commercial acumen
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent written and spoken skills in English.
Advanced skills in MS Office suite.
At least average typing speed with high accuracy. (Will be tested)
Must have own reliable transport available for work
Key Duties:
Responsible for the administration and management of the customer quotation process;
Ensure the highest level of quality service through the accurate and on-time delivery of all customer quotes to ultimately achieve increased revenue through sales.
Responsible for the administrative onboarding and data management of all customers.
Provide administrative support to business development teams.
Provide internal sales support in the absence of the internal sales staff.
Coordinate special projects.
