Job Description

Accountant/Bookkeeper Sandton Johannesburg

Our financial services client is looking for an Accountant/bookkeeper with 2-3+ years experience as an accountant/bookkeeper. Experience with SAGE evolution. Must have experience within the financial service sector and you will be responsible to support day-to-day financial operations and help ensure smooth financial reporting.

Salary Up to R 38 000 MAX

Minimum Requirements

Matric and a financial/bookkeeping diploma or and a degree – advantageous

Minimum 2-3 years bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
Excellent working knowledge of Excel Sage Evolution
Day-to-day processing and recons

Key responsibilities
Perform daily and monthly accounting functions.
Prepare payments and assist with month-end reporting.
Support administrative finance functions.
Track and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Assist with year-end adjustments and financial tasks.
