Wealth Management Administrator Sandton

Our Wealth Management client is looking for a Wealth Management Administrator with solid 5+ years experience within Wealth Management. To provide efficient, accurate, and professional administrative support for new business processing, client servicing, policy administration, and investment transactions.

Salary: Market related plus commission (in new business) – depends on experience and qualifications

Position type: Permanent

Hours: 8am to 16:30

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) required.

RE5 Certificate preferred (or willing to obtain within 12 months).

NQF Level 5 in Financial Planning / Wealth Management

Minimum 5 years relevant administration experience in a financial services environment (investments & long-term insurance).

Experience in new business processing and client servicing.

Knowledge of major product providers (Liberty, Discovery, Momentum, Sanlam, Allan Gray, Investec, etc.).

Competency in Section 14 transfer process, provident fund transfers, Retirement transfers and strong general investment knowledge

Strong administrative and organisational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM / policy admin systems (e.g. Astute, Elite Wealth or similar CRM system).

Key responsibilities:

New Business Administration: Process and submit new long-term insurance and investment applications timeously

and accurately

Client Servicing: Handle client queries regarding existing policies and investments

Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on CRM and policy administration systems

General Administration: Liaise with advisors, product providers and clients professionally; Assist with daily office admin and ad hoc tasks as needed.
