Learning & Development Officer in Claremont
Our client n global retail/ecommerce concern is looking for a Learning and Development Officer to join their Human Resources Team in Claremont Cape Town. You will play a pivotable role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees within an organization.
Salary Very Negotiable
Min Qualifications ad requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certification in Learning and Development – ESSENTIAL
Minimum of 4 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
Experience in instructional design and e-learning development is preferred.
Responsibilities
As the Learning and Development Officer you will be assessing the training needs of employees, designing and implementing effective training
Training Needs Analysis – Conduct assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization.
Program Development – Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials that meet the identified needs.
Facilitation – Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional techniques and formats.
Evaluation – Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make improvements as necessary.
Budget Management and Reporting
Coaching and Mentoring – Provide support and guidance to employees in their professional development and career progression.
