Compliance Administrator Cape Town
Our client in the property industry is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business with compliance-related administration, ensuring that all regulatory, statutory, and internal compliance requirements are met.
Salary: Market-related / Negotiable
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification in Compliance, Administration, Legal, or related field advantageous
- 3+ years experience in a compliance administration role, preferably within the property industry
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update compliance records, registers, and documentation
- Assist with FICA, POPIA, and other regulatory compliance processes
- Monitor expiry dates of compliance documents and ensure timely renewals
- Prepare and submit compliance-related reports and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external service providers regarding compliance matters
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date
- Assist with audits and compliance checks
- Provide general administrative support to the compliance function
