Job Description
Qualified Accountant – REMOTE
Our client is looking for a Qualified Accountant SAIPA/SAICA with 5 years post experience for a 3-month FTC – starting ASAP. You need be able to work remotely full time. You must reside in South Africa and be a SA citizen. Finance business partnering
Salary R 45000 – R 60 000 pm (It’s a 3 months Fixed Term Contract ONLY)
Requirements
Degree in Financial Accounting/Accounting
SAIPA or SAICA – Must be a fully qualified accountant
5 years POST Qualification experience
UK Experience beneficial
XERO experience a MUST
You must reside in South Africa and be a SA citizen
Job Requirements
Strong performer with 5+ years finance experience
Statutory accounting and corporation tax compliance
Finance business partnering
Professional services experience
Undertake reconciliations to bring the company balance sheet up to date
Assist with the quarterly VAT returns
Support the existing Finance Team to implement systems and processes to facilitate
growth
Assist with annual statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
Support with compliance of finance controls and procedures
Support the business in implementing its financial strategy and objectives
Able to hit the ground running
