Our financial services client in Bellville Cape Town is looking for a Talent Development Consultant with 5 year’s experience. The role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within organizations, helping employees grow and adapt to changing business environments.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Experience in talent management and development.

Strong analytical and consulting skills.

 

Responsibilities
