Digital Marketing Manager Stellenbosch Cape Town

Our investment financial services client in Stellenbosch is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 5 years’ experience. You will develop, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Directing and coordinating marketing activities to influence customers to choose our services over those of competitors.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing position.

Managing a small team

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization.

Expert knowledge in the following programs: GoogleAds, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Bing Ads, Hootsuite and Facebook Ads Manager.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools will be advantageous.



Develop a social media strategy using all relevant platforms to reach target audience.

Produce valuable and engaging content for the website that attracts and converts target groups

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic

Create valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts target groups

Prepare and observe the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing and executing PPC campaigns on an SEO, SMO, SEM and Display level.
