HR Administrator Recruiter Cape Town City Centre

Our client is seeking an energetic individual with high emotional intelligence who is eager to learn and further expand their knowledge in the HR. The HR Administrator will support the Global HR Team by ensuring that all administrative duties as well as Recruitment in a timely manner. Although the incumbent will be based in Cape Town, they will be responsible for servicing the global operation.

Salary: Market-related + parking

Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Must be flexible at times due to International locations/time zones.

8:30am to 4:30pm Friday

Minimum Requirement:

Grade 12 with HR diploma or certificate

3+ years of HR administration experience in an SME or growing organization.

3+ years of Recruitment experience

Experience within Corporate services / SaaS / Security systems / Security software

Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite 365, People HR


Key responsibilities:

Full Recruitment (advertise, shortlist, interviews, etc)

Performance Assessment

Employee Files

Payroll / Staff files (Assist with capturing employee hours, leave transactions, etc)

Training (Arrange approved training, etc)

IR (Arrange disciplinary hearings, Notetaking responsibilities where relevant, Distribute relevant documentation)

Assist staff with general enquiries or refer the matter to senior HR personnel

Provide documentation such as UIF certificates, contract renewals, documentation copies etc.

Maintain and monitor the HR inbox distributing requests where necessary

Administration relating to injuries on duty

Ensure all documentation is completed in case of employee termination

All other administrative duties as required from time to time
