Human Resources Business Partner Parow Cape Town

Our technology/software SaaS client in Parow Cape Town is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who will work with senior management and people managers of respective business units to provide support to drive HR strategies. You will focus on Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HT Information systems and Remuneration Benefits and Industrial Relations IR

Salary: Market Related CTC  (Include Medical aid and Provident fund) – Hybrid role. 3 days office and 2 days home

Min Requirements

Honours Degree in Human Resources

3-5 years experience in a similar role preferably from a tech, technology, IT or Software sector

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering – Talent Management / Workforce Planning /Top Talent Management / Onboarding / Industrial Relations / Policies: Contributes to the design and Implementation of HR policies and procedures / Succession Planning / Performance Management

Learning And Development

Organizational Development – Recognition Awards Reinvigorate / Exit Interviews /

Wellness: Support the rollout of Wellness Activities

HR Information Systems – Employee Data: Accountable for employee data / Org Charts & JDs: Review and regularly update org charts

Remuneration And Benefits:

Support the rollout of the Increase management process etc. / Payroll / Job Grading / Benefits: Manage the full coordination of Medical Aid and Provident fund.
