Our client is looking for a Finance and Admin Clerk with 5 years plus experience. You will assist in bookkeeping processing of invoices, debtors, creditors, loading of payments, recons. Onboarding of Suppliers and Clients – data capturing and general administration.

5 years Girl Friday / Finance Clerk/ Admin Clerk experience – All rounders

Pastel experience required – invoicing processing

Debtors & Creditors experience

Credit Application experience (Vetting) added bonus

Excel experience

 

Job Description

Assist with Bookkeeping – processing – PASTEL

Distribution of customer statements and follow ups

Drawing up invoices, in month reporting

Do daily checking supplier invoices and delivery notes

Daily checking customer invoices and delivery notes

Loading supplier invoices onto Pastel, calculating VAT
Debtors and Creditors Management

Onboarding customers and suppliers

Admin – Management of credit application forms

General Administration duties, assist with couriers and receiving orders

Admin All-rounders, answer phones, take messages and assist where you can
