Operations Manager Atlantis Western Cape
Our manufacturing client is looking for a young dynamic Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience. The role involves supporting all technological operations, coordination of production, systems and overall quality and efficiency of the production.
Salary: Up to R30 000.00 (depending on experience and qualification)
Position type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Minimum Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree or similar – especially with a Chemistry background
3-5 years of Operations Manager experience in a similar role
Hard-working ethic and track record of honesty
Candidate must be capable of managing problems and minimise any disruptions to the process.
Willingness to learn and do training
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
Basic technical skills
Have a strong but basic knowledge of IT skills – proficiency in Excel, etc
