Our retail products client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or via email.

Min Requirements

Matric

Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment

Internal sales experience in Retail Products and not services – preferred.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Internal Business through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
Do demonstrations and presentations
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer

satisfaction and loyalty.

The Internal Sales Representative will collaborate closely with our external sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
