Draughtsman / Design Engineer Blackheath
Well-established client is looking for a Draughtsman / Design Engineer with 3-5 year of experience. Must have sheet metal fabrication environment experience.
Salary: Negotiable CTC, (including provident fund) – Depends on the experience.
Position: Permanent position
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
ND Mechanical Engineering is advantageous
3-5 years of draughtsman experience using Sheet-Metal design in Solidworks.
3-5 years experience in or knowledge of the sheet metal fabrication environment.
Solidworks Certificates are advantageous.
Job Description:
Complete 3D design of sheet metal parts and assemblies
Preparation of detailed manufacturing drawings
Liaising with internal & external clients
Daily reporting
Must be proficient in Solidworks (Producing parts / Drawing / dxf’s / assemblies/bill of materials)
Be proficient in sheet metal design.
Must understand Sheetmetal processing & Fabrication.
Have a fair knowledge base of steels/metals and plastics, their properties and where and when to implement them.
