Our client is looking for an experienced HRBP with Food Manufacturing Retail experience.
Salary: Market-Related, depends on the experience and Qualification
Key Duties:
Matric, bachelor’s degree – Honours and master’s highly advantageous
Min 5+ years experience in HR, talent management /recruitment and HR advisory experience
Solid Payroll experience
Experience working with multiple markets and can adapt to different cultural traits
Strong business acumen and experience working with senior management teams
Proven track record in a middle to senior HR role
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR to take ownership of responsibilities to support HR Director
Must be able to travel nationally.
