Our SHORT TO MEDIUM Property management client is looking for an upmarket Property Portfolio Manager / KAM / Key Accounts Manager / Accounts Manager to supply service to premier top-end short-term and medium-term rentals/holiday properties. You need to be extremely passionate and dynamic about real estate, travel, and tourism. Very Client-facing position offering top-notch service to its clients.
MUST COME FROM SHORT TO MEDIUM TERM RENTALS – PREFERABLY SHORT-TERM RENTALS
Salary UP TO R 50 000 plus benefits like company car, fuel and company cell phone PLUS HIGH END COMMISSION (Hours 9am to 6pm)
Min Requirements
Relevant Qualification would be a bonus
Up to 5-7 years of experience as a portfolio manager or as we call them Key Account Manager within the property short & medium term rentals industry
Experience in portfolio manager / key account management, real estate, or property management.
Knowledge of Software like – PriceLabs, Uplisting, etc
Financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Ability to work flexibly, including outside normal business hours, and willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and enhancing relationships with property owners, ensuring the highest level of service.
General management responsibilities, operational excellence, and a commitment to the growth of the business.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners
Strategically grow the portfolio of properties under management
Identifying opportunities for acquisition and onboarding new properties.
Oversee the daily operations of property management (One of 3 portfolio managers)
Ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards, and guest experiences are exceptional.
Streamline cash flow processes, especially effective moderation of company expenses to maintain profitability.
Implement and manage strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing rental income through tailored short-term and medium-term rental strategies
Ensure all property management activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality.
